5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Directory listing and consultation services may be eligible for partial or full refund if canceled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date. After that period, service fees are non-refundable due to resource allocation. However, service credits may be transferred to another eligible service upon request.

5.2 Information Products

Digital guides and reports are refundable within 14 days of delivery if not downloaded or accessed. To request a refund, submit your inquiry via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.3 Goods

For physical products, you may request a refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unused and in original packaging. To start a refund, please use our contact form. Once approved, we will cover standard shipping for returning the item. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 15 business days after we receive the item back.

6. Modifications

Canerion reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting at canerion.com.
